Loader / Articulated Dump Truck Operator – Lithgow NSW

About the Role

In this role, you will operate heavy mobile plant to safely load, move and transport materials across site. You will also complete daily pre-start checks, assist with general quarry duties and work closely with the team to ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Loaders and/or Articulated Dump Trucks
• Load, move and transport quarry materials safely and efficiently
• Complete daily pre-start checks and equipment inspections
• Monitor machinery and report any faults or maintenance requirements
• Assist with general quarry duties and site housekeeping
• Follow all site safety procedures and requirements
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience operating Loaders and/or Articulated Dump Trucks
• Quarry, mining, civil or heavy industry experience highly regarded
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
